The Great Escape is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath that is across the street from the neighborhood pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Nice place

The house itself was great. A little out of the city but not too far. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated and the hot tub smelled and turned green on our 3rd day there. Having the facilities so close to the house was great! Clean house and easy to book!

Great home and amneties

We really enjoyed staying at the home. It was very modern and clean. There was a large swimming pool, very large hot tub and pickleball courts very close by. We will stay here again the next time we are in St. George.

We were in St. George for a 3 day golf weekend with the guys. This was a great location close to the highway. Property was clean and well furnished. Definitely recommended. The only improvement I would suggest is to make screen mirroring to the TVs easier. We couldn't figure that out, but it may have been our problem.

Senior Athletes

3 couples came to St George to compete in the World Senior Games in October. The Ledges condo was perfect. Well maintained and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and explore the area. It was close enough to the event locations but far enough away to allow us to get away and relax. Pickle ball courts, pool and walking trials were an added bonus as was the proximity of the golf and grille. Will definately do it again.

Great Place - WiFi a Problem

We stayed for three nights at the Great Escape and enjoyed the Ledges and St. George. The Great Escape is comfortable, roomy and well appointed. I really appreciated that there were several basics that were stocked and fresh. I happened to need a small amount of vinegar and was thrilled to find a bottle in the pantry. Often with vacation homes, I would need to buy a bottle just to get a tablespoon. We also found the check-in and check-out processes well detailed and easy to follow. One complaint was the internet. It was not working during our stay. While on Sunday it was less important, I contacted the property manager on Sunday evening saying that I really needed it for work on Monday. A technician came Monday morning and told us that the best he could do was give us the password to the neighbors WiFi. Unfortunately, we could only get sufficient WiFi from the neighbor in a few spots in the house, meaning that I had to do some of my work outside to pick up enough signal (it was August and hot). The entertainment in the house is also driven through the internet, so we were unable to catch a game that we wanted to watch. We were told that the best they could do was have someone resolve the problem 4 days later, which was well after we left. I would happily stay at the home again otherwise - we liked it. I would just have to make sure that I don't have a critical need for internet when I do so.

Awesome stay, everything was as advertised. The management office was extremely helpful with packages and some very small issues. Nice to deal with people that go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Girl’s Tuacahn Weekend

When we arrived the door code did not work. An office manager came and tried the door as well and determined the battery was dead in the device. A maintenance person came and could not fix it. He left us a door key and told us we could also use the garage door opener. Later on a different maintenance person came and was able to get the lock fixed. The condo was clean, comfortable and meet all of our needs otherwise

Beautiful place!!

Staying at the Ledges was a great choice for our family of 8(2 grown daughters & husbands, 2 teenage sons)! This 4-bedroom condo was spacious, clean and felt very new! We loved having the pool and pickle ball so close. The whole experience was terrific! I highly recommend staying here!

A great getaway

This unit was a great fit for our family. The Pickleball courts and pool are steps away. This made it easy for trips back and forth with kids and gear. We really liked the ledges location. Being removed from the traffic and bustle of St. George was a plus. We will be stay here again.

Modern, Affordable, Great amenities, Convenient to the city

We were very pleased to stay at such a modern, attractive residence with a great floor plan. Although it is relatively compact compared to a house, it had very nice space in the rooms and central communal area. We enjoyed the pickleball courts (although there are only 2) with lights and the pool. When I made the reservation, I thought it mentioned Entrada and pictured it being over by the other Entrada development on the way to Ivins. It wasn't, but it was still very accessible to downtown and it was kind of nice being away from so many other developments. The battery to the door died while we were there, locking us out of the townhouse for over an hour before the management responded. We had a delightful stay.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our visit. It was very clean other than carpets that could be cleaned. Felt very comfortable using the kitchen - very clean. We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off on Thanksgiving day and the management answered our call and sent the fire dept. to check it out - all was fine. The "loft" bedroom was a nice surprise - it actually was a full bedroom! Some of the TV channels weren't very clear. Beautiful place!
