Retreat At The Ledges is a spacious 1,812 sq foot villa featuring 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this villa is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Within minutes, you can explore a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The area is also renowned for world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, offering breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Awesome place

Beautiful condo lots of room. Attention to detail extras like night lights every appliance you might need, extra dishes there's highchairs and play crib. The loft will sleep 6 kid's. All the seasonings you might need. We will definitely be back. 7

I would stay here again

The Ledges condos are a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice that there was a bathroom for each bedroom so no one had to share. The only things we didn’t necessarily like was it was quite a ways out of town and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. It was hard to watch tv because the Wi-Fi kept going out and it was buffering a lot. We had to keep reconnecting a lot.

Senior Games

We enjoyed this clean condo that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We visited the pool and thought it would be awesome if there was an “adults only” time period for example 9-11pm. Mattresses might need updated as they were a bit hard for everyone.

Family weekend wedding

We were in town for a wedding. Nice quiet condo, backyard was right off the golf course, that was fun for our little ones to watch the golfers and the carts. We played pickle ball and swam. Snow canyon is so close for hiking and biking. Fish rock park is also really close. This condo had a high chair and a pack and play. My only complaint would be there were no muffin tins or 9X13 pan in the kitchen and we did lots of cooking.

Pretty Great!

This was a beautiful, clean rental. Each sleeping space had its own bathroom which was great after pool or hiking time, no fights for showers! BBQ was great for cooking in and kitchen had all we needed. Top balcony was fun to be able to sit and relax in a lawn chair that was comfy. I still gave 5 stars because the place itself was awesome but the pool lounge chairs need replaced! Hard to suntan comfortably with a solid bar behind your back. They are Old and stretched out. No other complaints at all. Definitely a little bit of a drive outside of town but that was okay with me to. Kindof like living out in the country.

Very nice condo with all amenities

Great condo especially if you are a golfer. I am not but enjoyed the stay with family members. The Ledges are a few miles from St George but close enough for dining and shopping while offering the quiet of a semi-rural setting. We would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely condo with all the amenities. We had everything we could need. Loved the pool/jacuzzi and pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the proximity to Snow Canyon, which is spectacular. The condo was very clean. Very comfortable. Felt like home.

Great place for a Couples get-away!

We had 3 couples stay in this beautiful property and we all had plenty of room to relax and hang out. We all had our own bathrooms and there were still 2 beds and one bath left open. This place is spacious, clean, well laid out, and overall fabulous!

Best rental ever!
