"Plus: Good location, easy connections to city centre, good connection to Cologne-Bonn Airport. Loved the Kärcher steam iron. Staff was very friendly. Minus: No coffee and tea facilities in the room and limited space to hang and unpack your clothes if you’re staying more than two nights."

"We stayed here for 1 night, unfortunately we got into the room to find the curtain hanging off and had to ask for our room to be changed. Unfortunately was then put into a much smaller room, where the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. Staff were helpful with the room move, but failed to tell us about any amenities that we could use in the hotel. Breakfast however, was 10/10!"

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."

"Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und nach unserer Ansicht relativ frisch renoviert. Das inkludierte Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal am Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko ist der Wellness Bereich. Hier könnte auch einmal modernisiert werden und an den Öffnungszeiten gearbeitet werden, da diese mit 22 Uhr relativ früh schließen. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Allerdings muss man früh kommen um einen Stellplatz zu bekommen. Fußweg in die...

"Sind total enttäuscht. Wir haben extra das Hotel auf unserer Durchreise für unseren Sohn der riesiger Fußballfan ist und weil es Fussball thematisierte Zimmer gibt gebucht . Wir haben dann ein normales Zimmer bekommen und unser Sohn war mega enttäuscht. Der Rezeption war das egal. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten hätten wir es nicht gebucht und wären in ein anderes Hotel."
