"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."

I will never come back here again for the following reasons since apparently I can't write my grievances past 1500 characters. Our original room keys didn't work so we had to get a room downstairs, people were standing around outside very frequently and in the lobby, our towels were stained separately with old blood and feces so we had to get those replaced after our first night...

"Toilet didn’t flush, had to replace my rooms keys twice because they stopped working, first room I was given I couldn’t get into so I had to be moved, once I was moved the room didn’t have a single towel not even a hand towel. Thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration but they’re not. Stay elsewhere. "
