"Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast at no extra charge. Located near a lot of shopping stores and restaurants. A little over 1hr away from Rocky Mountain National Park. Great visit."

"Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it."

"Had an excellent stay at DoubleTree, nice people, clean environment, no complaints really. Only thing my son left his jacket in the lobby the day we arrived. I noticed it as we were checking out and asked did they happen to have it in the lost and found. I even drove 30 min back to the hotel to ask in person. The front desk told me no one turned it in. I counted this as a loss, when I arrived home in CA the next day, I get a call from their manager saying they found my son’s jacket and it’s...

"Was told when I arrived, that the system was down. So therefore could not be checked in for my stay. The receptionist said I could wait until around 6am to see if the system comes back up but no guarantee or I could try to find a similar hotel in the area."

I got absolutely no sleep that night. None. When I complained to the front desk I told her if it happened again that next night I was calling the cops. "My suggestions for this property are: 1) They should have top down bottom up shades over the large windows to provide natural light in the room and privacy . Also a privacy block on the windows where you can see out but people won't see in. 2) No metal hangers. They're very noisy. 3) TV remote with microphone 🎤 abilities. Thanks!"

"The one staff member we encountered at check-in was lovely. However, she was the only person on site with full capacity and there were maintenance issues that she was trying to work through such as broken ice machine. When we got back late in the evening, a guest was there to check in and the guest was locked out and hotel staff was nowhere to be found. In the morning we realized there was no smoke alarm in our room. Maintenance and amount of staff are a problem."
