Room was somewhat clean. We had done precheck'in but upon arrival the clerk had no record. She also no record of our registration. The lack of customer service this women should lead to her immediate dismissal. Upon entering the elevator we were faced with vomit that had laid on the floor long enough for it to have dried. We were now faced with walking three flights of stairs. We checked the elevator the next day and the mess was still there. Our registration was for two days and three nights. Upon reviewing our paperwork we discovered that the receptionist had checked in another individual for six nights and seven days. Of course we had to return to desk to resolve this huge error. Thats right down three flights. Fortunately another individual was at desk and resolved this issue. Of course we had to return to the room, another three flights up. My wife and I are both over 70. The hostility we encountered, charged for someone else, climbing the equivalent of six flights and of course down. Upon check-out the elevator was still horrible. My wife and I expect a complete refund by July 6th.

The second worst place that I have ever stayed at, dirty, moldy bathroom. Long term people living at the property dominate who were staying at the property. I did not fell safe. bed sheets were not changed and someone's clothes were hanging in the closet. The only thing it was lacking was roaches, trash cans were overflowing. I left after the first night, I should have left immediately, I was too tired from travel. I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta again.

Very dirty room, parking lot full of potholes, the ice machine was broken, breakfast was not stocked and the waffles were constantly unavailable. We didn't get enough towels and when we went to ask for them the extras were constantly taken out by housekeeping. No access to the television. Our water was thrown out, but our trash was not. And outside there were so many rats. There was also a homeless person that was staying near the dumpster.

The hotel staff who checked us in was great. The property however needs some TLC, mostly in general cleaning of common areas and outside. We intended to eat breakfast there, but when we got to the room there was no coffee, and we could find no hotel staff to remedy the situation. We found no one to check us out so left our room cards on the counter and left. Doubt we would recommend this location.

Location was convenient for our purposes but the hotel itself was not pleasant. The first room we were given had a broken door-- looked like someone had kicked it open when locked; a toilet that didn't flush; a dripping tub faucet and a smoke alarm that was open with no batteries. The second room we had was better but both rooms smelled of cigarette smoke despite the fact this was a "non-smoking hotel". Temperatures were in the 90s but-- despite the advertising-- the pool was empty so not available for guests to utilize. This was a factor in our choice so we essentially paid for something that wasn't available. The hotel really was not a comfortable place to stay and we did not feel especially safe. Would never recommend to anyone.

I had a poor experience. TV didn't work. Stayed there for 4 days and it was never fixed. I wasn't sent to another room. No discount and no apolgy during and after checkout. Some walls in the room had holes in them. Carpet had permanent stain. They would often run out of some breakfast items before the stipulated 9 am. Avoid if you're looking for a satisfactory experience. Only consider here when on a budget but please manage your expectations.

If trash has a home, this is the right place for it. They have excel in the difficult task of not emptying the trash cans and rather they add a cardboard box to keep feeling it inside the lobby. They have a new way to maintain green areas: More trash scattered around. Employees seem to ignore every single piece of trash while walking around the property. A great testimonial to the motivation they must receive from their employer. Other cleaner, properly managed hotels have similar room rates, so there is no justification to this because this is not a cheap hotel. Certainly it looks like it.

Our room had a broken window covered by a thin wooden board. The tub was not clean and the mattress smelled bad. We did not feel safe staying here so we ended up cancelling our stay and going somewhere else. The cancellation process was a pain because the workers kept telling us they couldn’t do it, that the manager had to cancel it. The whole process felt a little sketchy, and they took a $100 deposit without mention.

I’ve stayed at other La Quinta Inns and I’ve had good experiences at them before but I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. When we arrived the receptionist was very off putting and not friendly at all. We got our room key and after having to walk to the entire other side of the complex, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke and weed in the bathroom. The room was visible dirty from the walls to the bed sheets to the bathroom sink. The fire alarm was not attached to the wall and quite literally hanging on by a thread. My head started hurting after 2 minutes of being in this room so I went down and complained, and asked for a room change, and then I found out that the rude receptionist I encountered that assigned the room assigned us one of the pet rooms, the second receptionist that I talk to you for a room change was lovely and helpful. The second room still smelled kind of weird, but it was much better and much cleaner. The area around the hotel is not the safest either, my friends and I almost got attacked by a pitbull l on the premises from a family that lives at the hotel. Lots of homeless. Mediocre breakfast. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Next room had a broken hair dryer, broken iron, malfunctioning toilet, no locks on the door. First day breakfast had overcooked or dried out egg and sausage patties, coffee was constantly out. Second day breakfast was nonexistent, only waffles and coffee. They would have to pay me to stay here again. Run to someplace else as fast as you can.

It was not made clear when I made the reservation that a fridge was not included in my room. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel where the room did not include one and that a fridge was considered an "upgrade." When trying to explain this to the front desk staff, all they said was "well it's nothing that we did. That's the reservation you made." Again, I figured a mini-fridge was in the same category as sheets and pillow. It's a hotel, it's given that it will be in the room. After trying to reason with them, they agreed to have maintenance bring a mini-fridge to my room first thing the next morning. They didn't get to my room until 4:45 in the afternoon. I waited around all day for them. Please make it clear on your website that not all reservations include a mini-fridge.

This property is a unsuitable, trashy, the room had been smoked in, nasty smell. Two different nearby rooms had dogs barking at 12:30 a.m. I opened the door stepped in and turned around and walked out. Do not waste money on this place.

This hotel was overall gross, rooms weren't clean. One of them smelled so strongly of mold and had obvious spots in the bathroom. Took over an hour to get checked in to the room in the first place so we didn't even bother and by morning I was covered in a rash from it. The pool was drained and unusable, ice machine down, half the doors didn't work and there were cigarette butts in the elevator

If I could give negative rating I will do, this is worst hotel I have ever stayed, the rooms have weird smell, bathroom flush does not work, rooms have lots of dust, bed bugs, smelly blankets, towels, we left to different hotel on the second day. Worst front desk, I have not seen so horrible people. They have charged for whole trip even after talking to them leaving because of these issues. How come this hotel is getting listed under Wyndham brand or even on Expedia site.

Property is not clean, many transients live in the parking lot, room smelled like smoke, food is awful. Don’t look on the website for photos. Not accurate to what it really is.

This property was horrible! When we first got in the room to use the bathroom there was pee and toilet paper in the Riley. I then went to flush it, and there was poop in it as well and it almost overflowed. When we called to ask to switch rooms the first thing the desk agent asked was if we had done that! There were lots of random people here outside the rooms and walking around. It was extremely sketchy and then cops were called to the property and that’s when we decided not to stay there. They then were not any help when we were trying to cancel the reservation! I do not recommend staying here to anyone!

No uniqueness..not as advertised. The bathtub water has a leak in room 338, the tub had soap pieces from previous guests, hair on the ledge of tub. Trash underneath the sitting chair. No ice bucket. Do not disturb sign. Blood stains on 1 of the duvet covers. The elevators smelled like dog pee, and the trash cans outside we overflowing with trash. I assume they have weekly or monthly rentals. Needless to say, my mom and I opted out of taking a shower the morning of checkout For the cheap price, and for 1 night was OK.. but would highly recommend spending more $ in the future for a better sleep experience.
