Welcome to Gulls Landing Guest Cottage! We are located in the heart of downtown St. Andrews, and free parking is provided for you. No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance. Whatever you are looking for, we have! Restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, boutiques, hardware store, recreational activities, whale watching, kayaking, bike tours, ghost tours, museums, kids activities, etc. The list goes on and on! Hope to see you soon!
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
If bringing children, please bring baby gate for stairs and any other baby proofing accessories needed.

Clean, attractive cottage with three outdoor seating areas. Full kitchen. We didn't need to use the car for the first three days as we could walk everywhere. Host was responsive when we had a small issue. St. Andrews offers so much to enjoy!

What a stunning home!!! Location was perfect and the best of views!!! We had a blast exploring Saint Andrew’s and will miss this charming home and all that Saint Andrew’s has to offer. Perfect Stay in St. Andrews

We stayed at this “cottage” on the main street in St. Andrews for a week in early June 2025. It was a really lovely house, well decorated with a very large and comfortable master bedroom. The kitchen is very modern and is very well supplied. There are decks on both the front and back of the house. The large upper deck off the master bedroom gives you on opportunity to see the waterfront in St. Andrews. The owner was very responsive to a request we had and the matter was resolved the next day. The location is perfect given you are located on Water St. with access to most of the shops and restaurants in St. Andrews. Highly recommend this rental for up to 4 people.

Clean - New - Did I Say Clean

We know the area very well and it’s very unique to find a newer modern rental as the area has so many old buildings due to the rich history. Did I Say Clean. We very much appreciated the care taken by the owners as we have stayed in some not so clean rentals.

Comfy and oh so convenient!

Loved this wonderfully renovated spot right in Main Street within walking distance of everything. Views were great snd we enjoyed exploring the area including light hikes, antiquing and local history. Highly recommend!

Summer away from the heat

We spent 4 weeks during the summer of 2024 in this charming VRBO. The location is great, a very short walk to the main area of St. Andrews. The views from the two back decks was spectacular. Our host Karen reached out to us a few times to make sure everything was all right. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it!

Great Views, Perfect Location, Airy Decor

This cottage is so stunning in person. The view of the ocean from the upper balcony is so breathtaking, the apple blossoms were out and made the lower deck look like it was out of a magazine. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Fun weekend for a party of 4!

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my parents for an awesome long weekend of golf and hanging out. The property was just as described, very clean and beautiful. Karen was super responsive and helpful, the location was great and the beds super comfortable. What more could you want?

This is a lovely cottage with gorgeous decor and view of the water. A really beautiful place. Beware the description of “bedroom 3” as it’s simply the sofa in the main living area with a very hard mattress on the pull out bed. Other than the bed, the place was amazing and worth a 5 star rating.

Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this fantastic rental. While the photos are spot on, it's even more impressive in person. The place has been beautifully remodeled and is super comfortable, whether you're enjoying the space indoors or on any of the 3 decks. The location is fantastic, right on the town's adorable main street, in walking distance of everything. The owner/host is wonderful, super attentive and accommodating. We cannot recommend this location or rental property enough and already plan to return next year.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Saint Andrews!

From initial booking to unlocking the door was an efficient process. The homeowner was quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate, well stocked with pantry items and included laundry on site. The top back deck had a lovely afternoon/evening view of the dock. We were comfortable surrounded by quality furnishings and finishes throughout the home. We enjoyed room for everyone to have their quiet space and easily walked the down town often and to the Algonquin Resort.

Beautiful property in great location

This was our second stay at this property. Beautifully styled with thoughtful touches. We love being close to the local coffee shop and our favourite restaurant in the area. Check in and out was seamless and the property owner was quick to respond. We can’t wait to return for another stay.

Tranquility!

Beautiful cottage! Very well equipped! Close walking distance to Algonquin and down town restaurants and pubs. Love the view, sounds and smell of the St. Croix.
