"STAY AWAY! The images online are entirely misleading. This is mainly a residence hotel for people otherwise homeless. I found a hypodermic on the ground. My next fire neighbor came home drunk at midnight and ranted on the phone for an hour and a half, with the F word liberally sprinkled, and started in again at 630 the following morning! There's way too much that's horrible here for me to put in writing. See my photos. "

"Very pet friendly (including cats). Excellent value if you don’t need a lot of frills. (There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.) Friendly staff. Charming rustic hotel in beautiful setting on lake. Easy drive to good restaurant/bar. We stop here every year on our way home but would definitely enjoy a longer stay. It’s probably even more beautiful in the summer with leaves on the trees."

"Lights in the room set on a timer to come on every 2 hours, for the entire night. Nobody at desk after 11pm.
When I complained the next day, about the lights coming on at 1am 3am and 5am, the employee said “yeah we have people complain about that all the time”.
