Waterfowl Cottage at KY Lake

Welcome to Waterfowl Cottage, 1 of 3 brand new tiny homes nestled in the beautiful KY lake area. Connect with nature while also enjoying all the modern comforts.
Bring your boats and rods for all the numerous nearby boat ramps, marinas, and fishing spots!
Staying in? Enjoy the relaxing fire-pit and Adirondack chairs while grilling up something good to eat!
Whether its fishing, ATV riding, boating, or simply relaxing nature, This is the spot for you!
The space
This Cottage includes one queen bedroom, a loft with full bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room!! Plenty room for all!
In house laundry, fully stocked kitchen, and nice bathroom makes your stay a little easier. Please remember that this cozy tiny home loft is accessible via stairs and doesn't allow standing room.
Private drive with boat parking (waterhose and electrical plug for boats outside).. remember to bring charcoal for the grill! There is firewood for sale nearby as well.

Home is accessible with keyless entry for your convenience.
Other things to note
This particular cottage has a No Pet Policy due home remaining allergy free. While we are passionate about animals we kindly ask you not to bring them to this home. We do offer another cottage (Whitetail Cottage) that is pet friendly! Any breach of this no pet policy will result in a $500 special cleaning fee.

Great stay!

We booked this place for some friends to stay in for the weekend. They said it was perfect and they’d definitely want to stay there again. The host has put a lot of thought into what their guests might need. They’ve got you covered!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Waterfowl Cottage is a quaint tiny home! It was clean, no details left out-has everything one needs for the perfect getaway. The cottage was furnished and decorated so well. We had 4 adults and were very comfortable with ample space. We did have some difficulty getting our boat in the drive but the hubs is a master!😉 The host communicated well and made herself available should we have any needs. We would not hesitate to book with this host again!!

Excellent property and host

My son and stayed 3 nights in the cottage while fishing KY Lake. The host was very accommodating and communicative. We had plenty of room for the truck along with a 21’ bass boat in the driveway. The cottage was extremely clean and had everything needed for our stay. This is a 5 star property and host.

Spacious tiny home! The beds are comfortable, plenty of space for everything you need, great outdoor firepit area, very clean accommodations, and good communications with the host. The lake with a kayak launch area is close by.
