The charming exterior of the cabin is reminiscent of a quaint cottage. Enjoy sitting on one of the unique, old wooden chairs on the front porch. Once inside, you'll notice the blend of rustic charm and modern design. The space is approximately 400 square feet so it is a tiny home! But...who knew that tiny living could feel so large?! The space is cozy but arranged in a way that you might forget you're in a tiny home!

When you arrive, you will enter through a private gate into your own secluded oasis. The property is in an upscale neighborhood on one side and borders a large field on the other. Nestled in the trees, the cabin is tucked away from the neighbors, offering a quiet and relaxing retreat. This is a perfect location for travelers as the home is in just off I-44 & HWY. If Springfield is your destination, then you are within 15 minutes of Mercy, Cox, Bass Pro, WOW, MSU, shopping, and eateries. You will also be just 45 minutes to Branson. This will be a stay to remember!

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch. Kick your feet up on the poufs or use them as additional seating. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass-top stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Small appliances are also available such as a blender and toaster. Guests can help themselves to coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot. Make sure to check out the refrigerator, too, for some hidden treats! The dining table and 4 barstools are between the kitchen and living room, creating an open-concept layout.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch a movie in bed from the TV (equipped with Roku). Next to the bed is a multi-port charging unit compatible with apple or android products, where guests can charge up to 6 devices at once. You'll also find ample storage space, hangers, a locked safe, iron and ironing board, extra linens, and some classic games to play with your guests.

INFANTS/TODDLERS
The cabin has a few must-haves for your little ones, including a pack 'n play and children's dinnerware is also provided in the kitchen. There are also a couple of books for your little one.

WASHER/DRYER
Do you need to do laundry? We've got you covered! Guests are welcome to use the in-house, full size, front load washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

OUTSIDE
Through the French doors from the kitchen, the side patio creates an opportunity for indoor/outdoor living. You'll find plenty of seating which is great for coffee, conversation, reading, or work. You can relax by the fire pit while enjoying the view of the open field, grill on the BBQ, or challenge your guests to a friendly yard game.

PARKING
Parking is available for two guest vehicles. The designated parking spots are conveniently located in front of the cabin. Additional vehicles may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

KEYLESS ENTRY
Guests enter the home through a keypad for contactless check-in. For security purposes, the entry code is personalized for each new guest.

CHECK-IN
Early check-ins may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, depending on other bookings and the cleaning crew's schedules. Please contact the host if you would like to request an early check-in. Check-out extensions cannot be granted; we need to ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare for the next guests.

PRIVACY FROM MAIN HOME
The Tiny Urban Cabin SHARES THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THE HOST'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND ANOTHER SHORT TERM RENTAL. All the homes share the same driveway but they are COMPLETELY SEPERATE HOMES with their own yards. The tiny cabin is situated in a way that supports plenty of PRIVACY FROM THE HOSTS HOME AND OTHER RENTAL, as well as the surrounding neighbors.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The HOSTS LIVE ONSITE in the main house. While the homes share the same property, they are completely separate structures. The Tiny Urban Cabin has its own designated front and back yards, separate from the primary residence.

Pets, smoking/vaping, parties, and extra guests are NOT ALLOWED.
