"No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty...

"Okay for the "nostalgia" feel- for one night. Breakfast was plain/carbohydrate city. Small area to eat in. Rooms were small but adequate. Two employees had poor water pressure in their rooms. Mine was fine. Parking is tight, especially if you have a pickup truck. Room to room sound was okay, but you could hear out in the parking area cars/voices, etc. Staff was okay."

"This was one of the most affordable stays downtown Springfield and it was very nice. It’s a short walk to the restaurants and bars and has great amenities. My dog Frank and I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it."

"We didn't eat breakfast but parking was great it was available right in front door. We stayed 2 nights the first room we had the first night the toilet was broken,bed was broken and bowed in middle and ac didn't work but the next morning went down told them they were so nice and went to check and they moved us rooms for 2nd night then that TV didn't work she had someone come fix it. But they r really nice people and are remodeling the hotel so it's taking time to fix everything from last owners...

"Surprised to find all electrical were not plugged in: lamps, microwave, refrigerator. Some outlets were not working either. Floor boards sagged at various locations, the worst spot is at the toilet. We stayed only because we were just passing through."

"The whole experience was great from parking to checking out. Front desk bery efficient and friendly. The room was VERY CLEAN and had everything that we needed. "

"We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

"Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. "
