Townhome 5 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome.

Great location in Springdale

Lovely condo, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very well stocked kitchen although we didn’t cook. Getting in the condo would be an issue for some with the rocks used for landscaping

Awesome location

We loved this townhome. We were 2 couples and it worked out great. Easy walk to free shuttle bus, many restaurants and shops. Well stocked kitchen. Great time!

Perfect location, clean and cozy

The location is perfect, center of town and close to the shuttle to Zion. We rented with 2 adult couples and it was nice to both have our own en suite (plus a 1/2 bath on the lower level). We had wine on the patio downstairs and upstairs balcony -lovely views. The home was clean and was well stocked.

Fantastic Springdale rental

Great location

Property was excellent and as advertised. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen contained everything we needed, and the extensive spice rack was a nice plus. Close to the bus stop (Bumbleberry), which made going to the park entrance a breeze. Steps from a grocery store and right next door to a cute cafe (MeMe's). If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely rent here!

Perfect Stopover!

The condo was the perfect stopover for exploring Zion. It was equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own meals. The grocery store is located immediately across the street. For being attached with other units, it was very quiet and convenient. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The only reason for the 4 rating is that to approach the entrance door you cannot use a roller bag because the sidewalk is made of step stones with large gravel spaces between them. Aesthetically, it was visually appealing but practically it didn't work so well. Great access to Zion (less than 3 minutes) and to the Zion shuttle stop in Springdale.

Great stay !

This is our second time staying here ! Trista called me twice to make me aware of some road construction near the townhomes! Very personable and was like talking to a friend on the phone ! The 2 1/2 bathrooms was nice and the fully stocked kitchen was too !! Highly recommend !

Springdale Townhome #5

Our townhome in Springdale was very updated and clean! It was in a fantastic location for visiting Zion Natl Park. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome townhouse close to Zion Park

Awesome place and great location to Zion Park. Springdale had lots of great restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Everything was within walking distance from your townhouse and there was a free shuttle bus that takes into Zion Park since parking is very limited. Overall an excellent place to stay. Only issue was cleaning crew was still working when we checked in at 4pm as they were not informed that we were staying there.

Place was awesome- the only thing I would change is add better notes in the binder of how to use the tv. The internet is so slow that it takes the tv a bit to catch up with the command you entered. Which you end up pushing too many buttons and possibly get frustrated. Also the satellite remote did not work at all and could not turn that on whatsoever

Perfect Springdale Townhouse

This property is centrally located with easy walking access to a grocery store and many restaurants. A beautiful view of the mountains in Zion. Was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Everything!!!

My husband and I had a delightful time staying at Townhouse # 5 in Springdale! We never moved the car after we arrived!! We made great use of the free shuttle bus in Springdale and then we used the shuttle busses in Zion!!! We would go to Zion in the morning, come back for lunch and a quick rest and then go back to the park for the afternoon!!! It could not of worked out better!

Back to Zion

Wonderful townhome in Springdale! This is our second stay at the property. Perfect for both of our stays. Owners are easy to work with and want their guests to have a great stay. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The bedrooms are split giving each privacy. The townhome is close to the Zion entrance and visitor's center and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideal location and great property. I would stay here again and feel confident recommending this townhome!! Many thanks to the owners for caring about their guests!!

Superb Location/Superb Accommodation

The townhouse was easy to find and in such a great location. We parked our car and never touched it again until it was time to leave. A short, short walk to the shuttle bus stop, nearby restaurants gave us good options, and walking distance to shops was convenient. And a grocery store across the street was optimal. Coded key access to the unit was easy to use. Place was spotless. Met our needs perfectly. Stairs to the bedrooms were steep, which wouldn’t work well for the elderly or disabled. Unit had everything we needed.

Perfect Vacation
