The Loft at Zion Summ

Summary:
New construction! This space is all about the VIEWS! A brand new loft right next to the park with full views from every part of the space. This modern space has all of the conveniences of home with the best possible location, only a 3 minute walk to the national park entrance.

The Space:
The lower level of this unique building is a new boutique coffee shop that you will love being close to. The floor is insulated so that noise will not interfere with your stay. You can enjoy both a private stay with a close social scene just down the stairs.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be supplied approximately 24 hours before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The location and design of this loft combined with the unique building make for a fun, unconventional stay in the Zion area.

Zion and Bryce

The location was fantastic! The room was absolutely incredible with fantastic views outside of every room! Quite a bonus to get up in the morning and walk downstairs to a coffee opening at 6:30 AM.

Great!

Had a great stay at the loft! The location was perfect for accessing the pedestrian entrance of the park (5 min walk) and shops and restaurants. The property has everything you could need and was very clean. The property also has a parking space. It is labeled as "no parking" which did make check in a little confusing since there are spots for other rentals in the lot labeled by the unit number, and the loft doesn't have a number. The host was very responsive and clarified our confusion immediately! I recommend making the parking spot clearly for the loft rather than labeling it no parking, and clarifying the automatic check in instructions (letting guests know which building their unit is in) to alleviate confusion for guests and visitors to the coffee shop downstairs (some would park their bikes in our spot and we had to move them when returning with the car). However, at night the rental was very private and quiet. We had a great stay and would definitely return when we visit Zion again!

We really enjoyed this property ! Great location, all the amenities we needed and AMAZING views ! Would highly recommend and we would stay here again on future trips to Zion !!
