This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

The property is well located just outside the entrance to Zions National Park. We needed some help finding it, but once we did we were so happy with it! It was more spacious than anticipated-plenty of room for my family of 7. It had everything we needed. The kitchen is well appointed, but it should be noted that there is a one burner hot plate/induction cooktop rather than a full stove top. There is also a full sized refrigerator and a convection oven/microwave unit. It was nice to have laundry facilities as well. I would highly recommend this property!

Truly the #1 great location. Incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows. Easy walk to the park, market, outfitters, pub, & restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning.

The room was just a short walk to the entrance of Zion. It had a beautiful view. It was very clean and well stocked. The parking and entrance was a bit different but no issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone visiting the park. If traveling with families be aware beds are all in the same room.

Room was clean and nicely located at the front entrance of Zion. Definate premium. Beds were comfortable and bathroom up to par. The only issue we had was when it was windy, there's a long flag pole at subway restaurant below (same owner) and the metal piece at the flag anchor kept banging against the metal pole. It's such a simple fix so simple, but first night the banging kept us awake all night. The next day I spoke to a Subway employee for a makeshift fix, but luckily wind died down and I used white noise on my phone the next 3 nights. I emailed owner but no response. So please fix it!

Very clean, comfy apartment with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the park entrance, We had enough space for the four of us to spread out and each have a comfy bed to sleep. The manager was very helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
