Our peaceful 1 bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Spring Hill trip. The unite comes with a private yard, parking, AC, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser and a coffee maker. During your stay, you can also enjoy shared heated pool. The property is closed to several beachfront restaurants, Weeki Wachee Spring, Buccaneer Bay water park and Alfred Mckethan beach. An ideal base to explore Florida and everything it has to offer. Not suitable for kids. The unit doesn't have a kitchen.

Clean room, comfortable bed, felt safe and private. Had a nice little kitchenette area, and the host was responsive when needed to message. Price was good, pool was clean, and it felt like I was in a completely separate location and not actually in someone else’s house. Would stay here again.

This little oasis was just the thing I needed. Very clean, amazing mattress, easy access, temperature control, and private. I slept better than I have in months. The pool looked lovely but I didn’t take a dip this time.

This was a nice and quiet space. Inside was clean and as pictured. The outside property was not as advertised at all. Picture showed a clean pristine area and the grass was overgrown and so was the patio area.

Nice VRBO for 1-2 individuals only

Clean, neat. More chairs by pool area and more than 1 large towel for a second person. Friendly hosts. An Uber to the nearest restaurant is 23.00 one way. Great place to stay for the night.

Very pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was nicely set up. It has a nice kitchen set up with coffee. It has a very nice pool, although we didn’t have time to use it. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is everything you could want or need to stay in Spring Hill at a great price. Thank you.

Amazing stay

The stay was amazing. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Great get away for a couple. Its like a little cozy cove. For sure want to come back when its hotter! Its well kept up If your eating in I would suggest microwavable foods. There is a coffee maker and mini-fridge. Really nice for our one day stay.

Great Homebase

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door.

Cozy Stay

It was a pleasant and cozy place! We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood and it was fairly private. Only reason I give 4 stars out of 5 was because I had to leave my wife there for a bit by herself and there was a lot of noise on the other side of the wall, some kind of work being done. HOWEVER, that may have been because there was no car in the driveway so they didnt realize she was there. When we were both there it was very quiet.

Very clean! Nicely decorated, loved the coffee station! Only other suggestions would be to add a full size mirror in room and a handle on inside of gate. Bit of a reach for a short person to grab top of gate when leaving yard. Nice seating area in yard too. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood!
