Relax at this 4/2 home with a spacious patio, backyard and common area after enjoying Florida's Adventure Coast. This home is centrally located--

16 minutes to Pine Island (white sand beach w/ $5 all day parking)
45 minutes to Tampa International Airport
1 hour to Clearwater Beach

Our one-story home (no stairs!) is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer, including Weeki Wachee Springs and Pine Island Beach.

This upscale home includes 4 bedrooms (w/ a large master suite), 2 full bathrooms, garage, huge patio and backyard, modern lighting and fixtures, and brand new furniture.

Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's rural theme with the intention to be the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.

The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The backyard is fully-fenced in and includes a firepit and covered patio.

Rainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy the indoors playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 65-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.

Each of the 4 bedrooms provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Beds are stocked with brand new luxury bedding. A dedicated home office workspace is located in the master suite of the house. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin bunkbeds for extra sleeping space.

Although each bedroom has its own dresser and luggage rack, don't bother bringing an extra suitcase for clothes because the unit also includes a new washer and dryer.

Lovely and immaculate home. Comfortable beds for sure. This was our second year using this house for our annual event and will almost certainly be back. This place was a really nice house within a quiet and quaint neighborhood. It was located about 12 minutes from my family's homes that we were visiting. And the hosts were pretty easy going, attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions.

Very welcoming and clean home, it was just as described in the listing. We stayed for almost two weeks and we were very comfortable. Huge fenced back yard. Plenty of tv's and room to move around, it was bigger inside than the pictures make it look. Definitely recommend.

Overall, the stay, commo and location were all great. The only comment is that there is a hottub noted in the listing and there is not one (inside or out). That said, I would stay again. Thanks for a great mini vacation!
