"This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. "I recently stayed at "Kappa no Yado Ryokan Sanjiro" in Zao during my trip to Sendai. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this inn! First off, our room was incredibly clean and tidy, which made for a really comfortable stay. Cleanliness really makes a difference when you're trying to unwind from travel, and they nailed it. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that the TV in the room had Netflix and other streaming services! It was awesome to kick back and watch a movie at night,...

"Luxurious traditional hotel experience in downtown sendai - could not have been happier. - Transport: subway entrance 10 steps from the front door, one stop away from main station. Main shopping streets just one or two blocks away. - Food: impeccable traditional japanese breakfast. Izakayas and great food options within a short walk. - Accommodations: Beautiful onsen on the top floor - I used it daily. Entire hotel is no-shoes 👍. Rooms mix traditional tatamis with modern bedding. "

"最新の設備が使われた浴室に、きれいに目が行き届いた清掃、ご飯もおいしく、何よりスタッフの方がちゃんとした日本人の方で安心して泊まれる、とても良いホテルでした。ただ最初到着するまで迷ってしまい、イースト側じゃない方に行ってしまい、そこだけが一つ難点でしたが、一度行き方を覚えれば迷わないので、その後は問題なしでした。仙台に行くことがあったら、ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。"

"位置在東口，雖然這邊沒這麼熱鬧，但帶著長輩覺得格外愜意，要去松島的話，這裡離仙石線也很近。附近有很大家的運動用品店（Ishii Sports Yodobashi-Sendai-store）樓上還有loops超市，但注意只開到晚上八點。飯店本身很舒適，有咖啡果汁可以享用，晚上還有提供宵夜，服務人員態度都很親切！我們是三人住一間，覺得很剛好不會擠。"

"Love this hotel, easily accessible to Sendai station! Staff are very kind and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Love the night snacks offered- soba and soft serve ice cream. Also the hotel breakfast has great options. Will defiantly stay here again if we go back to Sendai ;)"

"Excellent hotel with great staff. The location really can’t be beat - it’s basically at the center of everything and right near the station, too. Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly, equipped with translation devices or simply good English skills (which was very helpful for an English-only guest like me). Everything else was very comfortable and every service I needed felt within an arm’s reach. Well worth the price should you be able to afford it; would highly recommend!"
