As hosts, we want to give back. That's why a percentage of each booking will be donated to our trusted nonprofit partners. This includes donating meals, planting trees, and supporting local youth programs. -The apartment is accessed from the street with a secured commercial-grade door. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance and a security guard nearby.
-Upon booking, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only good for the duration of their stay.
-Of course the entire unit is completely private with no shared spaces.
-Located on the second floor (with an elevator as a bonus!)

I am available during waking hours for any questions or concerns that may arise to ensure you have the most care-free stay possible. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you and your guests!

The newly designated 'SoHo' neighborhood of Spokane is known for its proximity to the business district of downtown, while not sacrificing on the accessibility to trendy shops, cafes, and bars in the area. Some of our favorites include Indaba Coffee Cafe, Revival Tea Company Lounge, or Method Juice Bar which all offer cozy urban spaces to relax with friends, or to bring your laptop and get some work done!

You'll find that everything in downtown Spokane is in walking distance!

-5 min walk to Riverfront Park which offers gondola rides, an ice skating ribbon, and beautiful trails for walking or jogging.
-5 min walk to the downtown mall where you'll find shops like Lulu Lemon, NorthFace, Urban Outfitters, just to name a few. Plus tons of locally owned shops as well!
-2 min walk to Spokane Comedy Club
-5 min walk to Indaba Coffee and Method Juice Bar
-10 min walk to Saranac Commons filled with local shops and eateries
-8 min to the Spokane Convention Center
-10min walk to the heart of the "nightlife" & bar scene. Go check out the city's most lively bars: Fast Eddies, Barrachos Tequileria, The Globe, Boombox Karaoke Bar, and many more!
-Uber/Lyft will come right up to the door.

Being in the middle of downtown, there comes the typical hustle and bustle you'd expect to find. We don't have designated parking spots, but there is a parking garage located diagonally across the street for around $15-$20/day which is standard for downtown.

We are available during waking hours for any questions or concerns that may arise to ensure you have the most care-free stay possible. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you and your guests!

Security Camera Notice:

For the safety and security of all our guests, please be advised that the property is equipped with active security cameras located exclusively outside the home. These cameras are positioned to monitor the exterior front door and the outdoor hallway areas only.

There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

Let’s start with a few basics:

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.

That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.

1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.

2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.

3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!

5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.

6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.

7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day

Clean and spacious, short walk to Riverfront Park

The rental was clean and had plenty of room. There was coffee provided, always a big plus for me! It was a short walk to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center (about 10 minutes). My Uber driver warned me that there were a lot of homeless people in the area but I felt safe, even when walking alone after dark. I would stay in this rental again if I come back to Spokane.

The unit was clean and lovely to stay in. Though staying in Downtown Spokane has inherent risks

Wonderful property. They have been renovating the building. Some areas are a little dated. The lobby door has a door code for added security. While it is conviniently in the downtown area, the lack of designated parking, and having to rely on street parking ir oay to park lots means I waz concerned about my personal property and oarking fees. There were severak envounters with billegerent peiple right outside the complex that made soending time outside of the rental stressful.. the host was communicative with me and very hekpful.

Unable to visit

The property manager was very responsive, and nice! I was supposed to be visiting my husband who was working in Spokane, but was unfortunately let go and returned home early (around 3-4 days before the rental). I was unable to get refunded for anything, including any cleaning fees unfortunately. I do understand the circumstance however in that this was non refundable.

Comedy Club nearby

I needed a fun get-away and downtown Spokane was perfect. The apartment is very conveniently located for walking everywhere in the core of downtown Spokane. The comedy club was close (and the show was just what the doctor ordered). Parking garage across the intersection was easy.

Great location to walk around downtown. Excellent apartment. Clean, modern. No dressers. Only closet space in case you stay longer than a week. But will be using this place again for sure.

Trendy . . .

Very trendy place, with high ceilings and all the latest kitchen appliances. Across the street from Emma Ru's cocktail lounge and the People's Waffle House (a non-gluten restaurant. We had some minor problems with the air-conditioning when we arrived, but Jake was able to direct us to correct it by email without any problem.

Apartment itself was fine. Area was very noisy at night with high traffic and people yelling. But it is downtown and not much can be done about that. Hide a bed is not comfortable unless you like very hard beds. Elevator was a bit sketchy and needs a facelift. No garbage can in bathroom which was odd.

College baseball weekend

Great stay. It was clean and dark. Easy to sleep. We moved our car to the Davenport grande parking after having it at the parking diagonal to the property. The second option felt more secure. Overall would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay

Great location. I had a car only part of the time. Easy parking in the garage across the street. Walking to the center of the city was easy and a nice walk. Apartment was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy.

Quiet and Fabulous!

Perfect weekend away from our crazy life! Quiet and beautiful. Everything we needed. Not too big and not too small, lots of daylight in the kitchen sitting area! The bedroom is wonderfully cozy and dark. Comfy bed and pillows. Any couple will love staying here!

Overall, the unit was exactly as described. Communication with owners was very timely. The downside was beyond the owners control: cannabis aroma in hallway, noise outside at night ( which was noted in the description). Parking is expensive (again noted in the description). Overall stay was fine but not exceptional.

Overnight downtown

My daughter and I had a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the central location, cleanliness, aesthetic and easy coffee setup. Towels were thick and clean. We parked in the Davenport tower and had breakfast at their Safari Room- also recommend.
