Summary:
This beautiful and historic home is nestled in the heart of Spokane's Browne's Addition. Known as the Dr. Catterson House, this classical revival was once listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home has been fully renovated while carefully preserving its historic charm, which can be seen in the captivating details throughout.

The Space:
Adorned with gorgeous leaded glass windows, box beam ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, original woodwork, and custom built-ins, this home is loaded with original charm yet has been updated with modern conveniences for today's living. Outside you are welcomed with grand Corinthian columns supporting the upper and lower wraparound porches along with the soothing sound of the beautiful landscaped water features. This three story manor includes 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a formal living and dining room and a fully remodeled kitchen on each floor. It is a perfect home for a large group or multiple families looking to comfortably gather in one shared residence.

The spacious driveway behind the manor offers ample off street parking with additional street parking available at no charge.

Adjacent to the property you will find our beloved Coeur D'Alene Park - Spokane's very first park established in 1891.

The home is just minutes from downtown and the I90 freeway as well as walking distance to grocery stores, and many trendy restaurants in the historic Browne's Addition area. You are sure to find something everyone will enjoy! BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the front door as well as side door via smart locks.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually impacts long term stays.

Jerry and Natasha were very helpful and timely. My family of 16 stayed there after Christmas and it was a perfect location and house for us. We are planning to rent it again this summer.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only is the home is stunning, the size and proximity to the park was perfect for our multi-generational family. We were there during Thanksgiving and made good use of the THREE kitchens, all of which were very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also well appointed and very clean. We were provided plenty of linens, paper products, etc. The hosts were pleasant and quick to respond when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend this house to others.

This large house was perfect for our group!

We had a large group of 15 in town for a wedding weekend. The inside of the house was clean and everything was very comfortable. Our only negative was the deck table. It was pretty dirty. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the deck, but the dirt on the table was a bit of a negative. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this fun house.

Great home for family wedding weekend lodging

The home worked great for our large family in Spokane for a family wedding. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, coming with a key when a child locked a bedroom door the first night and bringing a blanket the first morning, as well as checking in throughout the time if we needed anything. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough/run downfor us country folks, but we never had any issues with the property itself.
