Summary:
Enjoy this beautifully renovated Home near one of Spokane's most epic view spots overlooking Riverside State Park and Bowl and Pitcher scenic trail. This cozy and inviting home offers all the amenities of Home and is a great place to host family or friends! The basement is a kids paradise with a 4-in-1 game table and many other games! Enjoy the working Sauna and then chill in the Gorgeous Sunroom! The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom!

The Space:
Main floor living room with smart TV, high speed internet. There is a Study/Bedroom on the main floor as well as a sunroom and washer/dryer! Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a Sauna! The basement includes a 65'' smart tv, kids games, 3 twin beds, 2 queen auto-inflate air mattresses, extra sheets, pack n play, toddler kitchen and toys! The backyard is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill! The pool is operational from Memorial Day until October 1st, please inquire with further details and questions! Please also read disclosures , pool rules, and waivers.

Guest Access:
Entire home, garage, and private back yard

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Additional street parking is available on a first come, first served basis

The Neighborhood:
NW blvd hillside neighborhood, overlooking Riverside State Park!
Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery, and a great Walking neighborhood as well!

Other Things to Note:
The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The owners do the best they can to remove any snow prior to your arrival, but a de-icer and snow shovel are available in the garage should you need them
- Trash/recycling day is on Thursday. If you’re at the property on a Thursday, please bring the trash down to the curb for pick-up. Guests will be charged $40 for missed trash day!
-We recommend keeping the Sauna under level 7 and are NOT responsible for injuries. Level 10 will make the bars on the shelf and the essential oil bottles VERY HOT
-Yard is fully fenced
- Pool gate has been REMOVED owners are NOT responsible or liable for injuries period, including those associated with the pool.
- The Grill is a convenience but propane is not guaranteed to always be full. If there is some there, you are free to use it, otherwise please fill your own!
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Guests are to acknowledge the pool is at-own-risk
- Read all pool rules, disclosures, waivers - hosts are not responsible for injuries

This house was perfect for our children and grandchildren as we were in Spokane for a wedding. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Mornings on the back patio having coffee was the perfect start to our day.

Big Beautiful house! Great amenities, nice pool. We brought a group of 17 people and were able to cook every night and it was wonderful! The neighborhood is nice. We went for walks around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend for large groups! We even saw a cute deer outside our window!

Beautifully relaxing

The house was huge yet cozy. I have to say the beds, bedding, and hot tub was my favorite parts, but loved having the space and the open floor plan to be able to cook and clean while still being with everyone!

Great place for my wife and I to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson. The house was perfectly situated and afforded me a great work space for the few days in town. The home was clean, comfortable and in a quiet area. Will plan on staying here during our next visit to Spokane.

Relaxing in convenience

This home is a 2 min drive to the VA hospital in which I was working. Nice little drive there and back. Tucked back into a cozy little inviting neighborhood. Easy parking.

Great family getaway spot

Came for a celebration of life with my family and my aunts family. House was great. Everyone loved the hottub and sauna. Beds are fantastic. Huge house with plenty of space. Some thing have changed thou since the pictures but overall great house and would rent it again.
