Fantastic Stay!

We were traveling in the area and needed a place to stay. Made a reservation for this VRBO, and it was a delightful stay. Super clean with comfortable amenities. Host was great with communication and very helpful.

Comfortable & Clean

My wife, our dog and I spent two nights here while visiting family in Fort Smith. It's a very short drive to Fort Smith and much more convenient and comfortable than a hotel room for the same price. Just minutes from a grocery store and several fast food restaurants, it was a great choice for our stay. Natalie was always very responsive. Highly recommend.

Peace and quiet

This place was just what we needed! The accommodation was clean and spacious for a two bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with crockpots, pans, full size fridge with ice maker, and very comfy beds. It was wonderful sitting out on the small deck to eat breakfast and listen to the birds. The host always answered our questions quickly and is very hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

Great home away from home!

Happy we found this home to stay in while visiting Spiro. Very clean! Very clean! Very clean! Was so happy with how clean the home was. Has everything you need in the kitchen to make your stay easy (loved the ceramic coffee mugs, so cute), including laundry which was great for us since we had already been on the road 8 days when we got here. Owner was great, called day of check in to find out when we were arriving so that she could have the air turned on before we arrived (Thanks!!!). Having the garage to park in was much appreciated. Felt very safe staying here. Great location. Close to grocery and main road through town.

Comfortable

This was comfortable and just what we needed for our short trip to Fort Smith, AR/Spiro, OK. There is a grocery store on the corner, open 7am-9pm but not sure what the variety of restaurants are since we most of our time in Fort Smith.

Things went overlooked

Realized after the kids had put things in the fridge that it wasn't plugged in. Sticky stuff on the carpet from food or drink in one bedroom. Frayed carpet with tiny nails sticking out. Found a dead cockroach in drawer in bathroom. All easily fixed, and once that is changed, would suggest it. Able to walk to the store if you need a few items. The kids enjoyed being able to watch Netflix/Disney+. The kitchen had lots of counter space and everything you need and provided coffee. Each bedroom was connected to a bathroom, which is great. The laundry had soap for sensitive skin, too! Communication was good with the property manager, too. She got back to me quickly.

I definitely recommend this house.

We traveled to visit family and check in was quick and easy, the property manager messaged back quickly to any question. The house was extremely clean and stocked with the basics for a long weekend away from home. The house was very easy to find and just down the street from the grocery store. I will definitely book again the next time we visit.

Comfy stay

My family and I came to visit family in Ft Smith. We loved the small town feel being from DFW. We enjoyed our kiddos getting to experience small town. They enjoyed walking to the grocery store. The space was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Great little place.
