"Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel nahe Selianitika in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Man erreicht den Ort und den Strand auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 min.; Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die große Stadt Patras ist ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das allerbeste war der Eigentümer, der sich liebevoll um die Gäste kümmert und wertvolle Tipps für die vielen Ausflüge geliefert hat. Volle Empfehlung!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡g "

"The interior of the villa was first rate from the quality of the appliances to the furnishings and decoration. Every detail was well designed and impeccably maintained. Outside the pool and gardens were wonderful. Like the villa the exterior was practical and well thought out. Nafpaktos town was a delight, with lively tavernas, useful shops and supermarkets, an impressive castle and great views of the beautiful Charilaos Trikoupis Rio - Antirrio Bridge."

"We stayed here and and really enjoyed the location. You can walk to everything from food to drinks and shopping. The restaurant next door is also very nice. "The apartment was amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The balcony was beautiful with west facing views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants and cafes. As well, close to Delphi and other towns/villages along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth such as Galaxidi and Erateini. So stunning and beautiful. Efi was an amazing host. Always there for us. Overall a most enjoyable stay in Efi’s apartment in Itea. "

"This is a spacious, beautiful seaside villa. The only downside was an inconsistent WiFi connection- sometimes it was good, sometimes it was really bad. Otherwise, everything was just right!"

"Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help...

"Perfect.Just perfect! Everything was perfect. The house is wonderful,inside is so coll and it's really 20 from the sea.The beach is also nice and there is not a lot of people there.Near to the house there is a gorgeous restaurants with greek cuisine.It's very good for biking.The owner Akis is very accurate,friendly and helpful.If you need something,just call him.And the neighbours also.It was a beautiful vacation for me and my family.If you searching for real rest go immediately there.The water...

"The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. And a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival. We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies watching the sea and the sunsets. And we discovered a little beach, with calm water for swimming, in walking distance that was practically deserted. An excellent holiday spot. "

"Très bon séjour chez Mylène et Tassos , nos charmants hôtes qui nous ont réservé un accueil exceptionnel ( nombreuses petites attentions) L'endroit est magnifique avec un immense jardin bien entretenu.De nombreux équipements sont à la disposition des vacanciers (hammac, table de ping pong ...)Le logement est très confortable et d'une propreté remarquable, le tout dans un petit village authentique avec une très belle plage. Idéal pour un séjour en famille, une valeur sûre !"
