Apartment BergOase near lake and mountains

Three bedrooms at BergOase give your group plenty of space to settle in. The apartment in Spiez accommodates up to 6 guests, with one double bed and four single beds distributed among the bedrooms. This is a practical layout for a family or friends traveling together who appreciate separate bedrooms.

The kitchen and living area, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, provide space for shared meals and evenings together. The private bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. A free parking space is available next to the building.

The train station and village center are about a 10-minute walk away. Spiez Bay and the castle are nearby; Lake Thun and the mountains offer plenty of options for daytime activities.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find an information board on the wall with all the important details about the apartment and the surrounding area. Here are some practical tips for your stay:

General Information
- Thank you for treating the apartment, its furnishings, and the neighborhood with respect and care!
- Please do not smoke indoors!
- There is a fan, an iron, an ironing board, and spare towels (in the drawers).
- You can black out all the windows: In the bedroom and living room, there is a strap on the left side of the wall that you can pull out from the bottom. The small bedrooms have shutters that can be opened from the outside. To do this, pull the latch up slightly (you may need to push the window sash slightly toward the wall). - We’re happy to help with any questions.
- Tap water: The water in the accommodations are of high quality and is safe to drink.
- Tourist tax: Please fill out the tourist tax form completely. It’s available at the accommodation. The tax is already included in your booking.
- The windows are new (November 2025).

Trash disposal
- Dispose of trash ONLY in the gray bin on the balcony.
- If needed, we can come by to empty it; just let us know.
- It’s important that trash not be disposed of in any other container, as the neighbors are watching.

Getting Here by Bus
- You can reach the accommodation via bus line B61 toward Spiez Schiffstation.
- The nearest stop is called “des Alpes” and is a 1-minute walk from the front door.

Luggage Storage
- Public lockers are located at the Spiez train station in the underpass and on Platform 1—ideal for temporarily storing your luggage.

- No parties or events—the accommodations are intended for relaxation.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please be considerate of the neighbors.
