The house is located about 3km from Spiegelau. Please note that there are wild animals on the roads at dusk. Please remember to wear winter tyres from October to Easter. Roads are cleared in the morning and more often during the day in case of snowfall. There is a garden pond on the property, please take care of your children. We have our own spring water which is strictly controlled by the authorities. Please treat the water with care. Our house has its own sewage treatment plant. Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet. There are horses in the neighbourhood. Please do not feed them. We are right next to the nature reserve. Please no New Year's Eve firecrackers. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the national park. Bread roll service is possible and the use of the sauna is organised. You have this for yourself. It is not shared with other guests.
