Located across from the Green Lake boat landing and public beach, this condo is perfect for families or small groups. Features two bedrooms and a spacious living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Or you can walk to one of the local favorite restaurants nearby. Grab a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the lake. Sibley State Park is a short distance away, where you can hike, bike, fish, or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great location in Spicer

Clean, well furnished, parking, great view of the lake, and comfy beds. All that we needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone. And A/C in every room.

The apartment was great! The outside of the building is a little deceiving, the inside is very nice, clean and modern. The only downside of our stay were other tenants standing/sitting outside right by the front door. We constantly had to use the back doors which wasn’t a super big deal, except that it rained quite a bit and there were big puddles by the back door. Owner very responsive to messages which was very appreciated! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

The condo was very nice, convenient location. Jason was very helpful and promptly answered all my calls for assistance. Not being very Tech savvy I found the TV difficulty to use. Never was able to get to major network TV and local news/weather.

Wedding Weekend

Very clean and updated apartment in Spicer with views of the lake. We were walking distance to businesses. Had amenities such as coffee, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. We didn't stay long enough to cook but it did have all the usual items. This one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in.

Nice clean condo

Aside from the outward appearance when we pulled up to the building this condo was exactly as we expected. The building itself is older and the shared hallway a bit rundown but the condo was beautiful inside. New, super clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast and were in close proximity to the state parks we wanted to visit. Our only recommendation to our host is there were no kitchen towels and we ran out of paper towels. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but that could have been operator error. Overall we had a great visit and loved the condo. Thanks for a great visit to Spicer.

Beautiful lakeside property

We booked this property to stay in while we visited our son. It was very clean and quiet in an easy to find location. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations

My stay was from Thursday11/09 -Sunday11/12 Coming to watch granddaughter in Sectional swimming and diving in Willmar. This is an easy access to the event. I will be checking out tomorrow and look forward to coming again. I would recommend this property to anyone it’s far exceeded all our needs.

Cozy and Comfortable Apartment

We enjoyed the property and it worked well for our family. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Bathroom was also beautiful! Beds were clean and comfortable. Cute place and a very comfortable stay. We plan to stay again!

Nice apartment!

The space was very nice. High end appliances. The manager was very accessible and got back to me right away. Needed a tea pot and it was there on the front step in hours. Good beds, linens. Plenty of extra linens and towels if you needed them. Would stay there again for sure. Thank you!
