Enjoy a new 1 bedroom (750 square foot) with high end finishes. This apartment is above a garage attached to a family home with its own separate entrance with keyless entry. We are centrally located just 30 minutes away from Ithaca, Binghamton, and Elmira, just a short distance to countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and finger lake wineries. A balcony to enjoy the valley views is featured along with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and bedroom with queen sized bed. A futon in the living room can be used to sleep up to two additional occupants. All toiletries are provided, as well as bed linens.

Cozy Get-Away!

The apartment was just incredible. It was so clean and fully stocked of all the necessities. The hosts even had bagels and cream cheese in the fridge, along with a few snacks.The communication with the hosts was spot on. I really appreciated the heads up about the ladybugs, they were not an issue. I would definitely suggest this rental to my friends and I would rent it again!! The signature wall is awesome!

Amazing place in a quiet setting!

My wife and I stayed here while we were visiting Ithaca and Watkins Glen. It’s a scenic 25-30 minute drive to either place, not bad at all. Jason was super responsive, the place is like new and has all the amenities you will need. We will definitely be back.

A well kept property awesome for a family

It is on a small hill top that affords an excellent view of the farmland on the other side of the road. You can see the cows grazing afar. The whole environment is serene with greenery all around. With modern amenities in the apartment, city dwellers will also feel at home here. The hosts are wonderful. Overall, 5stars! We hope to come back again.

We needed a place for a little overnight rest between days of hiking and waterfall chasing. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. And we loved the washer/dryer because we definitely need to wash some laundry after our hikes😁

Southern Tier Paradise

This was our second time staying at this location. It's peaceful, scenic and conveniently located at the south end of the Finger Lakes. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could ask for. We look forward to our next visit!!

Quiet, cozy night in the countryside

My husband and I traveled to Ithaca for a weekend and decided to stay outside of the city. Jason’s apartment was more affordable than any other options I saw and, even though it was nearly 30 mins from Ithaca, we were happy with our choice. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was quiet and there was a gorgeous view of the countryside. They even had bagels in the fridge for us and other snacks in the cabinet, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
