  • Welcome to our new favorite vacation townhome near the heart of Spearfish and close to many restaurants, festivals, breweries and more. Less than a mile from the Main Street in Spearfish, you could easily walk or ride a bike down to do many fun local attractions. You're also less than 1/2 miles from Black Hills State University for easy proximity to the University and other events like Basketball, Football, and other attractions. You're also just an hour away from the beautiful Devils Tower National Park!

    Inside you're greeted with an open living/dining/kitchen area that's great for entertaining and gathering together with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your vacation enjoyment. There's a big-screen TV in the living room and the kitchen walks out onto the patio with a seating area. There's one full bedroom on the main level with an attached bathroom, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs you'll enjoy a seating area with a table, that can be converted to a bumper pool table. There's 3 more bedrooms on the upper level as well. There's also a 2 stall garage great for your vehicles, a paved driveway, and street parking available.

Great location and beautiful home.

I could not think of a better place to stay for Sturgis Rally as it is close to all the great rides and scenery but far enough away from Sturgis to allow for R&R when needed. All neighbors made our group feel welcome.

Spearfish

This was a great stay for 9 motorcycle riders. The garage was an awesome feature for us. Access to entry was easy and the location was super convenient to downtown restaurants. Beautiful property.

Plenty of space

With the loft area upstairs, there was plenty of space to spread out. The home is located near a main road and not far from I90. I would stay here again.

Great for a large family

We stayed for a memorial service of a family member in the area. The property worked out great with space for people to visit together but also spaces for those who wanted a bit of individual time. The property was as listed with no surprises.

We enjoyed this property. The only thing I would suggest is having more chairs. There are only 4 dining room chairs and only 2 barstools at the island.

Great stay!

House was beautiful, close to Black Hills State University campus and downtown Spearfish in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Had a little problem getting the door unlocked but property manager was quick to help and got it open. Our kids enjoyed the game area upstairs while we enjoyed a movie downstairs. Great stay and will stay again when in the area!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were totally unaware an additional charge would be made on our credit card if we booked through VRBO. We signed the contract through Black Hills Adventure Lodging and expected to pay only the amount in the contract.

Elegant - you won't be sorry!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Needed comfortable place to crash for a large group (family) attending a wedding! We were more than PLEASANTLY surprised with everything! (Only down sides were, (1) we would have liked to check in before 4pm, and (2) we couldn't find any sugar -- but c’est la vie!)

Family vacation

It’s a beautiful home and perfect for our family. Location was perfect. The only thing I would change would be the towels and bedding. They all had a funny smell, especially towels and rags when they were wet. They had a moldy smell. The coffee port is also tricky to figure out. Other than that we will definately book to stay there again!

Great Property, But Needs Some TLC

We had a great stay! We are not fussy people, but noticed this beautiful duplex was in need of some very easy maintenance and cleaning. Ceiling light fixtures were extremely dirty, no light at all in the primary suite closet on the main level, light over the staircase to the second level did not work at all, several vanity lights were out, the oven was really dirty to the point I was scared to use because I thought it might set the fire alarm off, cob webs in corners which means to me that it had been a while since deep cleaning had been done. A cleaning fee is charged each stay, so why not clean? Overall, very comfortable for our group and the perfect gathering space!

Comfortable and accessible

The townhome was perfect for our family. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from BHSU. Comfortable home. Excellent communication with property manager. Plenty of towels, and bedding needs. Location was easy to find. Our family has stayed in multiple VRBO locations. Some sites have items left behind from previous renters. Example: coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. These items are not available at this location. This is not a negative factor, only information for a future renting family. Recommend this location!

Filthy run down

Property was completely filthy and run down. Shower curtain mildew, tubs filthy, oven dirty, lightbulbs burned out, coffee pot didn’t work, bugs in light fixtures, trash sitting around, dust and dirt all over the floor, ice maker broken, oven filthy, decor broken/damaged/dirty/outdated, house was being roofed entire time we were there.
