House on 80 acres that connect into the off road park! Extra cabins available.

If you like to off road, this is the perfect place for you! Located just past little blue, you have three different trails to connect into the park. Tons of parking. Older home with lots of charm. New stove, fridge, beds, and washer and dryer. The well water can smell like well water at times, but is safe to drink and use.
The house has a queen bedroom downstairs, and a queen and full up in the loft. Cabin next to the house has a queen and full bed.

If you have an even bigger group, we can add on the cabins up tops just let us know.

Perfect place to stay while at Disney. Instant access to rock crawling without going through town, close to town if you need anything, huge yard for kids to play.

SxS trip

Great location for our ATVs. Trails are right there by the property and the ACs are extremely cold so it sure helped with the hot weather there. Owners were very helpful from start to finish. No complaint from any of us that stayed here.

Awesome location

We had a fabulous time spending time with family. Using the fire pit for smores. The cabin occupied all of us comfortably. Well equipped. Communication with the owner was perfect. Michael was quick to address any of our needs!

Great stay

Had lots of room to accommodate everyone very comfortable beds. Great showers very clean. Air conditioning works really great. Property was very well maintained. Easy access to the trails. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Spot to Ride in and Ride out

The Property was great! There was a group of us who came to trail ride. The Property was perfect for riding in and riding out. The only complaint from my group was the smell of the well water. I would come back and stay in the future.

BMR Weekend

This was a great spot to stay during such a busy weekend. We absolutely loved the location to the trail systems. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed access to the grill and fire pit during the weekend. The well water does have the smell that was mentioned in the description. We would stay again.

Disney trails

Our group picked this location and being right on the trails. The house was equipped with lots of extra items that were not listed on the listing, crockpot, Keurig etc. Beds were comfortable. Well water does have the sulfur smell, but nothing that will stop us from staying here again. Great place!
