Welcome to our charming historic home nestled in the heart of downtown Spartanburg at Morgan Square! This beautifully restored 4-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for your group.

Built in roughly 1855, our Main Sreet home boasts all the unique and perfectly imperfect architecture of that time. Step inside from downtown and head upstairs to our spacious and inviting living area. From the living room, you can overlook downtown’s shops, restaurants and vibrant atmosphere! This location can’t be beat.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for cooking. Enjoy your culinary creations if you wish to stay in or take advantage of all the wonderful dining close by.

Each of the four bedrooms has comfortable bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, offering a private oasis for relaxation.

Outside, you'll find Morgan Square where you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or sip cocktails in the evening. There are several dining and shopping options right outside the front door. Great weekend downtown!

Wonderful location and we were able to walk around for restaurants and all events. Communication was great, and the apartment met all our needs! Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect location & unique home

We were visiting for a wedding and this home was spacious, clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for us. Due to our busy schedule, we had easy access to restaurants, enough shops to purchase cards and gifts, and plenty of kitchen equipment to whip up a quick breakfast.The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with and check in and check out where efficiently managed.The one thing I would note is that becsuse it's in a business district, the trash trucks run every morning very early. It can be noisy for abput 10 minutes in the back bedroom. Just something to be prepared for, We'd rent this property again without hesitation!

Perfect house for family gatherings!

We had our blended family in this house for Thanksgiving and it was perfect- plenty of bedrooms and beds. Good living room with huge couch for movie viewing and a perfect rec room with couch so kids could watch their shows. The rec room was the best part of the house! The picture on the website do not really do it justice-bigger in person. Lots of good parking and driveway space.

Great downtown location in historic building

We enjoyed our stay. The daily price was in line with the center city downtown location and the size of the apartment. The location was unique & perfect for our visit to historic downtown Spartanburg and the attractions we were most interested in visiting. The parking location directly behind the building is good, but no rear entrance to the upstairs property from the parking location is problematic. Perhaps add some more information on local restaurants and attractions as many VRBO owners offer. We would certainly recommend to others and may return again at some future time.
