Luxury Grand Villa set in THE DUNES at Sea Oats, Living in the View and Sand.

An untouched island escape where tranquil seas and spectacular skies calm the soul and recharge the spirit.This seaside villa offers guests modern comfort while allowing them to explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the sparkling waters and powdery white sands just steps away.

The main floor offers “open plan” living with ocean views in every direction. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is sure to bring culinary aspirations to life and the expandable dining table accommodates both small and large gatherings. Contemporary furnishings bring family & friends together for comfortable indoor games and entertainment. Stepping outside to the 36 foot long covered front porch, guests can enjoy outdoor dining or lounging as they take in mesmerizing views of the spectacular surroundings.

Each of the four dedicated bedrooms (two on the main level and two upstairs) offer queen sized beds, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, ample closet and storage space and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with unmatched ocean views. Upstairs, a large entertainment room/den easily doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen sized pull-out couch.

On-site amenities include kayaks, snorkeling gear, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, a hammock, and beach toys. A full laundry, bathroom, an indoor shower, two outdoor showers, and large 18’ x 24’ covered patio on the ground floor for added convenience.

We were a family of 8 adults and two children and the house worked great for us. The house was equipped with above standard appliances and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare any meal you would like. I believe our favorite was the covered deck and amazing views. If you are considering a place on Spanish Wells I'm sure you would find that The Dunes at Sea Oats would exceed your expectations.

Heaven on Earth

This was our third visit to the home, The Dunes, and it was another wonderful time! Spacious, clean, on the beach and great family time to be had! We hope to come back soon!

Sea Oats Family Trip

Five siblings and spouses booked this home as we needed 5 bedrooms. The home came as advertised with 4 bedrooms and another room/loft area that worked perfectly for the 5th room. Each bedroom was spacious with very nice tile bathrooms and showers. The home was in great condition, very clean inside and out, and came with everything we needed for our trip. We cooked a few nights and went out to eat a few nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill outside is a flat-top grill, not a BBQ grill. The home is located on a private road along with another identical home, just decorated differently. We made friends with the guests staying there. The beach is beautiful and the water is normally calm since there is a reef about a mile out. Home is convenient to everything on the island and also to Russell Island. A golf cart rental is a must. We rented a boat and golf carts from Harbourside Rentals. They are located at the ferry dock. They were good to deal with. We ate at Wreckers, Buddhas, The Sandbar. Food was very similar but good. Overall, great trip with clean and nice accommodations. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful with whatever we needed.

Caribbean Delight

The Dune’s was the perfect spot for our family of 10! The house was spotless and well stocked. Great downstairs gathering space with a 180 degree view of the water and beach. Loved the spacious covered porch! The beach was beautiful and great for both small kids and adults. Swim, kayak, paddle board, shell, and fish to your hearts content. Great location for easy access to all the wonderful things the islands have to offer. Be sure to make dinner reservations with Virginia Parks at the Courtyard at High Tide for dinner and visit the art gallery at the local school. Rhonda, the property manager, is super nice, knowledgeable, and helped make our stay enjoyable. Would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful property!

Amazing Property

This is one of the most beautiful properties in the world. 270 degree views of beautiful blue water. We are a family that loves to kiteboard and this is a property you can kite in and out of easily. Property manager was the best and helped every step of the way.

Unreal!

As others have written, this house is incredible. No matter what the weather is, the view of the water cannot be beat. Plenty to do here and also easy to just relax.House was cleanest of any house I've rented. Donna (previsit) and Rhonda (on island) communicate well and help with anything we needed.If you're thinking about renting this house, definitely do it!

Location is Tops!

We have travelled to Spanish Wells several times over the years….this property location is one of the finest, right on the beach on the north side. House is well equipped from kitchen to beach toys. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 10 ranging from 3 months to 74. Wi-fi was the only issue we had with it going down half way through our stay….needed to be reset but with no wi-fi we had no communication. We took several charters with Exotic Excursions with Capt Jack. He was wonderful to spend the day with…..great with the kids and interesting for the adults. Already planning our return next winter!!!!

Great girls trip getaway

We highly enjoyed our annual girls trip at this beautiful home! The house host, Donna, was easy to communicate with and was very helpful leading up to our travel and stay. The house and ammenities were exactly as we were expecting. Rhonda, the housekeeper was a big help with our day to day needs.

What A Winner!

Spanish Wells, the beach, the water, the house and the hosts did not disappoint!!! We had been to the island 5 or 6 years prior and our experience then was fantastic. The second time around did not disappoint !!! We were a group of eleven…my husband and I along with our 2 daughters, sons in law and 5 grandchildren. This was our third visit to Spanish Wells, and our third time staying at the Dunes. It's just as amazing and perfect as two years ago, and we are always so sad to leave. Went with 5 couples for a 40th birthday party...the place was perfect! Everything we needed. Donna & Rhonda took care of everything we needed and were extremely nice. The place is absolutely beautiful. Probably one of the nicest and newest on the island. Can't say enough good things about it! Perfect!
