"Friendly, helpful staff. On arrival at check in, the hotel receptionist saw I was limping and said he would change our room to a ground floor one. Also, we said we are gluten intolerant and he said he would let chef know- chef coincidentally appeared in the hallway on the way to our room and said what a great choice there will be for breakfast! Very welcoming and accommodating here! "

"Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. "

"Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh "

"We were the first overnight guests for the new owners and forced them to accelerate their plans for taking guests! They were lovely and could not have given us a warmer welcome. They have great plans for the Bull Inn and we would love to go back in future to see the results. We wish them every success with their new venture. "

"Arrived at the end of a long days work with the family in tow. Pulled up to a house on a industrial estate and groaned. What had we let ourselves in for? Well, as the old saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover. Phoned the number to get entry instructions, instead, Lee the manager personally saw to our check in and made sure everything was ok for us. "Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. "

"The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that "

"Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay.
