"The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that it had two temperature control panels. When putting the heater on in the one with the bedroom, it would not heat at all. We had to turn it off and turn on the one that is by the kitchen wall. Even at that, we set it all the way to 90 degrees and it barely heat up throughout the cold nights. Everything else was good. "

"We asked for a rollaway bed ahead of time as stated on the hotels website that they were available and when we got there they had none. Bed was uncomfortable and my son had to sleep on the couch which was hard and smelled. Shower overflowed and got bathroom floor soaked. "

"We were disappointed in the amenities, especially having no TV services our entire stay. The stay had several reasons that were mostly dishonest....rain storm, new cable company, problem with equipment, etc. They said the manager knew the problem but nothing else was done. Also, no snacks in the snack bar and limited bar beverages. I will not return. "

"Hotel was excellent. It was clean, well kept, and rooms were great. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find, close to lots of amenities. Breakfast was good. Standard fare, well stocked."
