"ロケーションは駅近でとても便利です。公園の脇にあり、(おそらく)使われていない古いホテルの手前にあるので少し不安になりましたが、交番が目の前に見えているので安全だと思います。窓がほとんどないのですが、その分お部屋は広く換気、空気清浄はしっかりしています。バスルームもかなり広くお風呂も豪華な作りです。天王寺駅の周辺はデパートや駅ビルが密集しレストランだらけなので、便利さと部屋の広さを考えるとコスパは最高です。ただ私が泊まった部屋はお風呂場に入る際30センチちょっとのステップを上り降りしなければならず危ないと感じました。かなり高い段差です。お年寄りや小さいお子さんには不向きです。ビジネスマンの出張や若い方の観光に向いています。また天王寺に来る際はリピートすると思います。"

"Definitely a good overall stay, only went back to sleep so it wasn’t too bad but the sheets did give a bit of a weird smell. For the price though I wasn’t complaining much and would use again."

"Wonderful staff happy to help in every way. I was fortunate enough to join their Friday evening meditation class which exceeded expectation. It’s only a small hotel and the window in my room had no views. The location is not exactly central but manageable. "

"It’s ok but not great. The only thing we really liked about this place was its location. That’s basically the only thing you’re paying for. The hotel itself is really shabby. Amenities are not the best (no bidet, communal microwave only, no PJs). The whole place has seen better days. There were wallpapers peeling off everywhere and the whole place smells funny. The beds were really hard and the whole room was very small and we felt very claustrophobic. In saying that the staff were all very nice...

"Great location within walking distance to DOTONBORI and other shopping districts. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We had some trouble with our luggage and they were able to deliver directly to our room without us asking! Don’t be afraid to email them to ask any questions as they respond really fast. "Location is super convient. The unit was a tad banged up and lacking utensils but overall still worth it as its next to everything. The unit would heavily benefit from a deep clean and dusting. The ac in the second room was not functioning. Must have the egg soup from the restaurant downstairs. "

When we asked to change room they said it was not possible but that there was a stick that they could lend us in order to open and close the window (quite a workout to close the window).
