On the territory there are built-system for video surveillance,parking,swimming pool with jacuzzi,children's pool,playground,outdoor fitness and a very lush green recreation area!!

Check in is after 2pm until….flexible as you wish. Check-out is mandatory by 11:00 a.m.

The close proximity to the beach and the city, make the apartment with sea view "ZENITH" comfortable and functional place, which creates the incredible feeling of space and freedom necessary for your complete rest and comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with luxuriously furnished kitchen and panoramic sea views. The apartment is equipped with appliances, utensils, cutlery and provide the opportunity for self-catering. At 20m. is the closest restaurant "ATIA".
