The Minster Cathedral and Palace gardens are en route and the perfect place for a picnic in the grounds - check out their line up of entertainment this summer at Theatre, Music and concerts some of which invite you to bring a picnic to enjoy whilst being entertained In the opposite direction you’ll find beautiful scenery of endless open countryside!

We can provide lockable storage for bikes and pushchairs and the cottage is crammed full of insulation to ensure energy is conserved and you’re kept cozy in winter, or cool in summer
