"A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

"Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

"Yelf's Hotel is right in the heart of Ryde, 1st impressions are the whole place needs a refit on the inside and painting and maintenance on the outside, freyed carpets on the landings, poor decor once inside the room, ripped nets, very dated carpet only one opening window out of 3 in the bedroom, very worn out bath, shower button on the taps not staying up, rotten away tables at the back in the courtyard sorry but this is not a 3 star hotel, only saving grace was all the staff we met were lovely"

"The actual hotel was clean and staff were great. However the restaurant experience was very bad. We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either.
