"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. "This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. "No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."

"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"really really good! i was so impressed with this place, loved it and would definitely return again. the only negative i have is being on the top floor and some of the glassware (mirror, table) could have been cleaner, however i know they were keen to get the studio ready for me potentially arriving early (which was so great of them to have accommodated this). when i arrived the entry system was modern and easy to use, clear instructions by text message and i had a courtesy call, to also leave me...

"Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay....
