"To all avoid this Hotel at all cost. Pay $10 cash for a towel deposit. Room was unclean broken everything when you turn around. Stains everywhere, you look up and the bathroom fan is falling out. Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. "

My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. "It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach."
