"We very much enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well kept with a nice shower. The room did not have a microwave, but other than that it had everything we needed. We ate at Asia noodle and it was SO good. I'm a non-smoker so I didn't enjoy the smoke within the actual casino, but the hotel itself was wonderful, clean and smelled great!"

"Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast."

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks.
Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling.
Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room...

"Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it."
