"We arrived earlier than expected. We were able to get in but not into our room. We really need restroom but there isn’t one outside of the rooms. We sent a message asking if we could get in but never received a response. Our room was comfortable. Getting in and out of the tub shower was challenging for me as I have short legs. The community sitting room is comfortable. No decaf tea or coffee available. Good location just under 1/2 mile to OSF. Would consider staying again as long as we...

"The 2 full bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms was very convenient. Basically the unit is a converted garage surrounded by parking lots which made it noisy. Location is centrally located and excellent. "

"Very straight forward, reliably clean and comfortable. The location is a little set apart from the main street of Ashland but the quick trip made it worth it to have a newer, cleaner room. Every member of the staff was perfectly accommodating. I would stay here again for sure."

"We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. "

"Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. The property as a whole is slightly dated, but well maintained. It has a nice dog area and the residential street around the corner is very good for walking your dog as well. "Small but mighty is how I would describe the Timbers Inn. It suited our needs which was a comfortable bed to sleep in and close but not right in the middle of Ashland. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We could tell there have been some improvements were recently made. Our only regret was the swimming pool was not ready during the heatwave occurring on our arrival. "
