"Staff were very helpful and the property was clean. Our room whilst clean and bed comfortable the toilet was loose from the floor and tiles in the bathroom and shower were cracked ."

"We were in the city for 5 days for my our sons wrestling tournament, it was so convenient to the airport and the venue. The room was so clean, the staff were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was on point. The area is very quiet, considering that it was next to the police station. "

"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"The room was large and very comfortable. Electricity in the room was intermittent for the plug ins and the television remote didn't turn the TV off. The pool is great and I love how the hot tub is a private area above the larger pool area. Thought only the jets at the floor turned on and not the top. The staff could use some practice in smiling. "

"Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"

"Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! Yuck. It was convenient to the airport that is the...

"Clean room the only down fall was the AC was not working right through out the hotel. Been told by other guess. "
