"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

"On sun 5/17 I complained to the female desk clerk about a beep that occurred every 15 minutes that came from dishwasher Someone else came up on 5/18 and thought it might be the fire alert alarm but didn’t do anything about it. On 5/19 when I checked out a different clerk agreed that it was the dishwasher alarm. I have stayed there before and didn’t experienced any issues"

"The room was very clean and so was the hotel. 30 acres restaurant was excellent. The grounds outside were beautiful . We went to knotts berry farm which was very close to the hotel it was great. We highly recommend not hotel and we will be going there again in January or February."
