"Wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is under renovations, so some areas are still a work in process. My room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to ensure that an electical outlet/usb plug is available on both sides of the bed. My room had only a plug on one side."

"The in room coffee brewer was filthy & not all the parts were there.
The Front Lobby 24/7 Complimentary Coffee urns were empty as well. I ask the Desk attendant about refilling them. He didn't say anything or do anything about it.
The room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and the room had tiny gnats flying around in the room."

"The staff here were kind and helpful. They had a shuttle that dropped off at the airport and also picked us up from the rental car company. They were friendly and helped us with any need we had.
Now. The room was so disgusting. A layer of dust on everything. Stains of what looked like blood on the couch. The couch frame was wrecked. The carpet had wrappers on it. If you like good staff and a shuttle service around a 2 mile radius. This place will suit you. If you worry about a clean place....

"The hot breakfast was very good. Room cleaning service had to be requested. Room furnishings were old. Bed had a plastic liner on the mattress which didn’t allow body moisture to wick resulting in a sticky feeling. AC had its issues. Staff was very pleasant."
