Welcome to this stylish top floor condo at the prestigious La Isla Residences. Your 2BR, 2BA professionally designed and decorated vaulted ceiling condo has everything you need for a stellar beach getaway, as well as THE closest condo development with unobstructed views of launches (when scheduled) of the worlds largest space booster, SpaceX's Super Heavy/Starship from the comfort of your top floor balcony. Enjoy stunning Gulf and Bay views and the excitement of space exploration in one beautiful condo! If you'd rather experience a launch among the crowds gathered at the South Padre Isla Blanca Jetties it's only ~1/4 mile walk down the beach. If the heat of the day dictates, enjoy from the comfort of your air-conditioned condo and step out on the balcony minutes before T-0 to enjoy the spectacle of launch of the largest space launch booster ever built.

As a guest of the exclusive La Isla resort community you'll have access to a wealth of amenities. Lounge by one of two sparkling heated pools (seasonal), one optimized for family fun with the little ones. Relax in the hot tub, cookout on one of several grills under shade verandas, or workout in the gym. Take a stroll along the pristine beach less than a five minute walk away, take a short walk with the family to the water park at the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, or take a 4 min stroll to the marina just across Padre Blvd and charter a deep sea fishing boat, dolphin watching cruise, or party cruise to make your day. Very nice condo. It was spacious and met my family’s needs. I loved the large kitchen island and the view of Starship from our balcony was amazing. Pat, our host was friendly and very prompt in helping us get settled in. I would definitely come back.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Jameson responded quickly to our questions, and the condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to the beach and other attractions, and the gym and heated pool were a great plus.

The condo is spacious, kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed the pool. It is a little walk, about 10 minutes to the beach. It was pretty quiet throughout the week and we had the pools pretty much to ourselves. It got busier on the weekend, which was problematic for parking. Since the unit only has a guest parking pass and not the designated unit parking spot, you have to get pretty lucky to find a spot. The master bedroom bed/ mattress was very squeaky and noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you will definitely wake up. Besides those two things, I would recommend staying there.

Pool water was hot , rooms were not cool, elevator was out of service 2 different times during our stay was not fun going to the 4th floor with a baby and bags of items. Parking spots that were supposed to be reserved for our stay was never available had to park away from our area of the hotel

Pros: This place was awesome for viewing of Space X launches. Condo was clean and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Cons: The bed in master bedroom squeaks when you move and wasn’t very comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Excellent in nearly every way!

My dad and I came here to watch the Starship launch and found the place to be exceptional. The only complaint I have is that the check-in process was a little confusing. We had to contact the owner to get inside since the emails and texts were a little cryptic.Our place had one full bed and two kid's beds, both of which were comfortable. Fridge, dishwasher, and laundry suite all suitable for our needs. Entertainment center was appreciated! One of the pools was heated at a constant 85 degrees which made it the best pool I've ever had the privilege to swim in. Hot tubs were pleasantly warm but not as hot as normal hot tubs, and didn't smell very chlorinated which was a plus.Place shows its age on the outside but it's nothing crucial to comfort or safety.Overall a 10/10, quite frankly the best place I've been to on a vacation.

good location and upscale condo

really enjoyed our stay. The one problem was lack of communication with owner and Vrbo. Had trouble checking in with code for door. Vrbo should have a contact number on invoice if you have a problem and owner should be available at check in time. The location is great and plenty of things to do. They have two pools one is heated and pools and grounds are well kept and maintained.

Great Location

The condo complex was clean and it was nice to have two assigned parking spaces. The beach, restaurants and stores were walkable. The condo is beautiful and well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. You may want to bring a Roku if you want to use the second TV. The AC and wifi worked great.

Memorial Day weekend Stay

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend! Great place, clean spacious and condo had everything needed to cook. Condo was fully stocked with all other amenities needed for our stay. Owner is a great communicator and was very understanding! Would stay here again!

Fun vibrant condo with all the amenities! Close to the SPI beaches and world class access to the SPI water park. Balcony faces directly to SpaceX Starship launch and assembly buildings!

Great SpaceX and beach adjacent location

Although not exactly a "luxury" property, this condo has many nice features. The balcony offers a place to enjoy sun, view the SpaceX facilities off on the horizon and glimpse the gulf and bay. While not on the beach, there is a 10 minute walk using the back gate and heading down the road, through parking lots to the beach access next to the Seaside Bar & Grill. The two pools on-site are nice. The visitor center is walking distance with information on the free shuttles. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.
