    Skiers and riders are in for a treat at this inviting 2BR/1.5BA apartment suite, only a 2-minute drive from the Heavenly California Main Lodge.

    The advantageous mid-town area additionally puts you near a lot of South Tahoe's attractions. Drive 7 minutes and play disc golf at Bijou Community Park, or lease a watercraft from Ski Run Marina - only 3 minutes away. There are bunches of famous eateries in the prompt region as well!

We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying at this home. The location is absolutely perfect!!! 2 minutes from Heavenly and 5 minutes from everything in the Village. Very clean. Super cozy and comfortable. We are a family of 4 with 2 men sized teenage boys and we all had plenty of room to find our own space. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely easy to work with at every part of our rental. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this location!

My two teens and 10 year old LOVED the layout of the place. It was perfect from family time but also for privacy when the teens wanted their space. We cooked and ate, watched TV and played games. It has everything you need. This place is also perfectly located. Super short drive to lake, casinos, eating spots, grocery store and even the ER. Yes we had to visit the ER when my son hurt his foot. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Good price, not small child friendly, needs a clean

Easy booking and access via coded deadbolt. Place is good size for four people (max allowed) but could sleep 6-8 easy. No small kid friendly as ours were under 2. Stars with no baby gates for use, no protection of open electrical and tv cords, dangerous fireplace. I would advise description to be changed to say older kids allowed. The place looked like it had been thrown on the rental listing. Was not cleaned enough for paying rates plus our cleaning fee and the admin fee. Fan was dirty and nasty, old fireplace ashes, dead bugs, old mousetrap, mouse poop. Kitchen was adequate. Bedrooms were nice and clean but furniture was too large, one bedroom couldn’t open door fully. Bathroom ample size, missing bath mat on slippery tub. Both myself and one kids fell, luckily no injury. Quiet location and good covered parking for winter, but we were there in summer.

Easy stay

Overall, this condo worked fine for us. However, it would have been nice to know about the major driveway work that starts at 7:30 and goes through the entire day, kicking up dust and dirt everywhere with loud machinery. Inside, all was fine and well. There were 3 of us. It would be nice to have a map to the pool with the hours, but it's a small property so we found it easily. I would stay here again. Steve was very prompt whenever I messaged him with questions. Easy location central to all the Tahoe fun.

Ski Run Condo

This condo is definitely in a prime location, close to heavenly, a 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the lake, and 5 minutes from state line. We had a decent stay however there were massive stains everywhere on the carpets when we arrived. Management was apologetic and very responsive when I emailed them regarding it. The other thing that we weren’t aware of was the very loud construction that is going on in the complex. They were starting before 8 am so unfortunately no sleeping in. This condo was marketed for I believe 7 or 8 people but there are only 2 beds and signs saying maximum occupancy of 4. Just a few things to be aware of!

Great location to the mountain, comfortable condo for 4 people.

This was a great little place for our family of 4. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The master bedroom had a large closet and super comfy bed. (Not sure why they have a dresser that is too big for the room preventing the door from opening all the way.) Very clean and cozy and comfortable condo.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with our family of four. The location was very central to most things and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the clubhouse but if you are looking for a high end clubhouse it is not one. The have a lot of movies and games and the kitchen was well stocked.
