Location, Location, Location! Situated steps from restaurants, the pier walk, the municipal marina, South beach and the new Splash pad!. This downtown beauty underwent a major renovation in 2018. Get your groceries on the way into town, park your car and forget about it because you can walk anywhere! Check out this homes open layout, interior design, amount of space with great history all rolled into one unique updated home. All new kitchen, drywall, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplace, pantry, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical! This amazing location is 1 block to downtown, a 5 minute walk to the beach and splash pad and south side marina. Our kitchen is large, well stocked with granite countertops, a coffee bar and a large island that seats 6 plus an extra large dining room/table seats 12 easily. Check out our incredible nautical bunk room stocked with toys for kids. An extra large primary suite with king sized bed with attached master bath offers a great retreat. A unique bedroom on the main floor offers guests an opportunity to enjoy this great house without having to navigate the stairway daily and easy access to the main floor bath. Equipped with four flat screens and great internet will allow families to enjoy their own space. Original wood floors restored to show their beauty. Open the doors and you find the entire main floor is large with space and open areas. Shower off in the outdoor shower in the back yard and hang out on the deck accessed from the rear of the home.

The house has a small private backyard with deck, picnic table and outdoor chairs/stools. There is a gas fire pit and gas grill. Enough room to have a corn hole game while waiting for dinner. Don’t forget about our game room downstairs, with ping ping and foosball tables.

There are 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach utility cart, beach sand toys for your use when you go the beach.

Come check it out, you will love the room this home offers, its location and history with all modern amenities. Walk to the skating rink with skate rentals available during the winter months that doubles as the farmers market in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a perfect location—close to downtown and the beach. Easy to walk to everything. The house itself is stocked with everything you could need to cook/bbq for a family(which we did many nights), spend the day at the beach or just hang out in the yard. It worked really well for our multi-generational family. We had everything we needed for our toddler granddaughter. We would definitely recommend the home for a great stay in South Haven.

Great house

This house was the nicest we've booked in South Haven. Close to town and the beach. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Has lots of beach toys, corn hole, pingpong, foosball, etc. Lots to entertain the kids from 2 to 14. The owner was easy to deal with. Thanks!

Everyone loved it! Location was perfect, nice big refrigerator, and new Weber grill aided in food preparation.All kinds of beach items, firepit, and large dining area were appreciated. Joan has thought of everything,and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in this rental. PS. Beds were comfortable also.

Great space and even better location!

This was our third stay in South Haven with 3 families and 10 people involved. BEST PLACE YET! The house was a perfect fit for all of our needs! The location was amazing as we could shop, hit the pier and go to a movie all within minutes walking distance. Every person had their own space to get away and yet there was a huge area for everyone to gather together. Can not say enough wonderful things about the space and the communication with the owner was flawless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a Great location

We had 8 women staying at the home. Each one of us thought it was amazing . Updated bathrooms / kitchen with everything you need for a weekend getaway . Beds were comfortable and everything was within walking distance .

Great Location

My family and I had a great stay here. The house itself was great for my family of 8, with plenty of beds, a large kitchen and table, and three bathrooms each with a shower. Also, you can’t beat the location - just a short walk to the beach, town, and marina. Joan offered up lots of helpful information and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Haven.

SOHA 2024 End of Summer Vacation

Our family had so much fun staying at this house rental for the week, kids can’t wait to come back next year. It was clean, fully furnished with amenities, kureg cups, games, beach chairs, beach umbrella and pull cart. Everything was walking distance, 5 mins into town, 10mins to south beach. 15mins to Captain Lou’s. The home came with everything we needed on site, we felt right at home. We will be back!

Great Beach Vacation

Great house for family vacation. Kids loved the room with bunkbeds. Everything you need to prepare meals is here. House is clean and as a bonus beach towels, toys, and chairs were provided. Walkable to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best homes we have ever rented. Location is within walking distance of everything (shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach). Neiborhood is beautiful. Home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Kids loved the bunk room. Grill was immaculate. Can't say enough good things. Would definitely stay here again.
