Peak & Non-Peak Season

Cooking & Dining
The long galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create anything from a simple snack to a full-course meal. The abundance of counter space makes food prep a cinch, the tile backsplash adds a stylish element and the large window invites in the sunshine and breeze. You'll love cooking here! A formal dining room, complete with an arched doorway, adds an element of elegance to your family meals.

Bed & Bath
Four charming bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and luxury linens, ensure that each family member gets a great nights' sleep, ready for the next day's adventures. On the first floor of the home is a bedroom with queen size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a TV. The first floor bath has a tub/shower. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with cozy dormer walls and queen-size beds. Each also has dual nightstands, and a private seating area with an armchair, side table and lamp. What a wonderful retreat for a few minutes of quiet with your book or your journal. The last cozy bedroom has two twin size beds and a nightstand with lamp. Guests will also find a convenient half-bath on this second level.

Outdoor Spaces
This is where the Sweet Pea Cottage shines! The large backyard is privacy-fenced and beautifully manicured with soft green grass and dramatic foliage. Off in the back corner is a fire pit with four benches, perfect for roasting marshmallows, making gooey s'mores and telling campfire stories!

The screened porch may well become the gathering space of choice, with its generous living and dining spaces. It will be a joy to bring your coffee out here in the morning, enjoying the view of the greenery as a cool breeze flows in. In the afternoons, it's a serene spot to read a few pages in your book or catch up on your social media feeds. And in the evening, enjoy your dinner at the dining table or simply relax as you watch the fireflies light up the night sky.
