"The entire staff was amazing led by Kat and Max who were so helpful upon our arrival. They went out of their way to help us check in and even provided towels a bag and sunscreen for our trip to beach We loved the room and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and the staff then got us set up at the fire pits with smores kits. The renovations were great but the staff is really what made our stay special"

"HIDDEN GEM IN THE HEART OF HAMPTONS! What a special place to stay in the Hamptons! I am so happy we found this wonderful gem! This hotel is clean, quiet and well managed. The pool is beautiful the rooms are modern, sleek and clean! The grounds are beautifully manicured. The location is perfect! This new hotel has the charm of a bed and breakfast. The hotel is a short car ride from either East Hampton or Southampton which is perfect if you chose to explore all the little towns the Hampton's has...

"Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area. "

"Such a convenient location! We left our car in the hotel lot and were able to walk around Montauk village to shop and eat! Hotel is steps away from Kirk Park Beach and provides chairs and umbrellas for guests to bring with them to the beach, such a perk! Will definitely be looking into staying here again for any future trips to Montauk."

"All was great only suggestion need canvas heavy type of umbrellas by lounge chairs ours blew over twice very dangerous with little breeze they have canvas umbrella by pool"

"Beautiful full service facility. We stayed in a friends unit which was lovely. The only complaint would be that when the pool is busy on summer weekends and the restaurant isn’t, it would be lovely if the waitresses could let patrons order drinks. It only happened once on the 3 night stay all of which had pool weather. Otherwise the manor is perfection. "

"It feels like family here. Restful and peaceful, beautiful comfortable bed, and a perfect view. The pool was pristine and the free beach passes or an added touch very much, appreciated! "
