It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after hours maintenance to come. We left a few messages and no one came - in the morning We also called the emergency phone number again. No one came. They eventually did change our room however we’ve been trying to reach them because we feel a partial refund is warranted and we have not been able to get in touch with anybody. This is just really unacceptable.
