Big House in Heart of Cape. Close to Everything!

Spend your vacation in this roomy and comfortable house located right in the heart of Cape Cod. Located minutes off of route 6 in beautiful South Dennis, this property is walking distance to a huge recreation area and offers a yard complete with fire pit patio and gas grill. Located on a quiet street right off of Old Bass River Road, this sunny and spacious house is a short drive to beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape.
Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome but please no cats or other animals.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. Vintage Cape ambiance with all amenities plus. It felt like home celebrating out Thanksgiving on the road. Central Cape location allowed us to get our fix of shopping, shelling and sight seeing!

I've rented before and i have never seen a more equipped house ever. Everything you need from your own kitchen was there. The house was immaculate and Matt and Abby answered quickly with questions we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely book there again. They also left and adorable bag of goodies with was much appreciated.

My family and I stayed here to attend our family members wedding at Pelham House Resort. We were consistently impressed and excited with the home and accommodations. The rooms were big and comfortable allowing us the perfect amount of space for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. We enjoyed our stay so much and would come back in a heart beat!

The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable with plenty of living space for the group. Upon arrival there was a welcome bag fulled with all kinds of goodies…even a little surprise for the dog. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it!! Thank you

What a lovely home we were able to share! It was extremely conveniently located, great place for a stroll around with little kids and a quick drive to many places (mayflower, corporation, harbor, creamery, etc). Highly recommend and I would certainly come back.

Absolutely perfect!! The best VRBO we have stayed in by far. Owners had everything we needed and then some! They had a surprise basket of goodies for us that was a nice surprise. We had fun playing giant jenga on the screened in porch the last night. Thanks for a perfect vacation

Many personal touches that created a warm welcoming feeling. So much attention to detail, Very clean!!! Matt replied so quickly to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and the porch is stunning with a wonderful fenced in yard. We will be back again.

50th Birthday Trip

We stayed at this house when we checked some things off my best friend's bucket list for her 50th birthday. The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast everyday and we had all everything we needed to do so. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The gift bag was a very nice gesture and appreciated. We would definitely go back. There was plenty of room inside and out for all 7 of us.

Christmas Holiday Stay

This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.
